How Should I Handle Coming Back From Vacation or a Time of Not Tracking?

You don’t need to do anything special if you want to go on vacation. You have a few options to get back on track when you return.

1. If it’s less than 14 days since your last check in, you can just check in and say you were non-compliant

2. If it’s past 14 days since your last check in, you can check in and it will start you back up with your current macros

3. If you want to change your goal when you return, you can create another goal and it will ask you if you want to use your estimated maintenance or re-calculate as if you are just starting fresh
