Food Database Issues

If you are having issues finding the foods you are searching for, it might be because of your device’s country/region setting. Please look at where your device region is set to and make sure it matches the location you are trying to search for foods in. If this setting is incorrect, scanning and searching for local items will be very difficult.

We currently have regional food databases for the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. If you are outside of these areas, you will have issues finding branded food items. You can still search and track using generic items since the nutrition information is not brand specific. For branded foods, you will need to either create a custom food, custom recipe, or quick add the food to your diary.
