What change were you wanting to make when you started Carbon?
"My husband and I have plans to start a family soon — I wanted to make sure I would be in the best shape possible to support a healthy pregnancy!"
What struggles did you encounter as you were working through those changes?
"Honestly, my rate of loss was set at 1 lb per week, and I used Carbon in combination with low impact activity like walking, as well as running and lifting — I found this dieting phase almost pleasant lol. I’m positive the sustainability of the plan played a huge role in my adherence, and my results."
What was different about Carbon?

Tell us about the moment you realized Carbon was fundamental in solving your problem.
"When I realized I was dieting without feeling deprived or overly restrictive! I couldn’t believe I was successfully dieting on 2000+ kcals per day. Of course, activity was a large part of that, but well worth it in my opinion. Being able to have a serving of ice cream if you really want it, go out to eat with friends and be able to make things fit your macros, or enjoy things in moderation makes all the difference in the world. "
Tell us what life looks like now that you are finding success with Carbon.
"I finished this dieting phase about a month ago and have maintained my weight since, with intuitive eating days mixed in. I’m planning to start another dieting phase (same rate of loss) soon and then enjoy maintenance once I reach my goal! I would say having to buy new pants because my old ones are too big sucks….but it doesn’t, it’s great haha!!"
