1) What change were you wanting to make when you started Carbon?

I was the heaviest I had ever been at 260 pounds. I hurt just from standing for more than a few minutes, and I decided I needed to make a change. I started cutting calories and lifting weights, which was a shift for me because, in the past, I usually focused on cardio, P90X, or similar workouts.Back in 2019, I weighed 170 pounds, but I looked sickly because I was eating far too few calories. When I stopped working out and paying attention to my diet, I quickly ballooned back up.I started listening to podcasts and came across one with Layne Norton on Huberman Lab. I heard him mention Carbon, so I began researching it. I decided to give it a try in July 2023, with my first check-in on July 20th. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to use. I started making more progress and eating more food than I had in months prior. I was hooked!

2) What struggles did you encounter as you were working through those changes?

Before I found Carbon, I struggled with my eating habits. I wasn’t sure about macros or calorie intake, and trying to do it on my own was a complete mess.

3) What was different about Carbon?

The main thing about carbon that was different is the coach feature. That did it for me. It makes hitting my goals easy.

4) Tell us about the moment you realized Carbon was fundamental in solving your problem.

The coach started learning my body and making adjustments right away. The results quickly showed up on the scale and, more importantly, in the mirror. I am leaner, stronger, and in the best shape of my life.

5) Tell us what life looks like now that you are finding success with Carbon.
